Established in 1914 the firm of James Wilson & Son, with offices in both Newcastle and Castlewellan, is a family concern which is now in its third generation. Will Wilson, the son of the firm's founder, was joined in partnership in 1998 by his son William and his son-in-law Colin Adams.

The firm practices in all aspects of residential, commercial and agricultural sales, lettings and management. Valuations for mortgage, tax, probate and compulsory purchase purposes are also undertaken.

As members of the National Association of Estate Agents the firm has links with other agencies throughout the U.K. and indeed worldwide.

Our aim is to provide a service to our clients which they can rely upon and which will satisfy all their needs in whichever field we may be instructed.
